Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer and director who is famous for his role as the lead of Birdman. He's a versatile actor who has the ability to perform both comic and dramatic roles. His professional career has seen him portray a couple of characters who are romantic, and he's appeared in some action thrillers. As a teenager the actor began developing an interest in both acting and performance. As a youngster, he attempted stand-up comedy. The comedy venture was not successful, though it paved the way for the path to a career in acting. When he failed to become an actor, he began working at a television station in a satellite as a television crew member. It was while working there when he came to the realization that he actually wanted to be on camera. He was offered a TV show and he was a regular on various episodes of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was naturally gifted and was a huge hit on TV. He had great goals, and began a career in film and was a household name due to his comedic parts. The career of his character was further boosted when he won acclaim for his portrayal of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. Being a mature actor He also started to move into producing and directing. His performance in Birdman in 2014's Birdman earned him several nominations and accolades.
